Reusable subject + body presets that staff can pick from in the Email Composer. Edit a template's body with the same rich editor used in the composer.
Auto-send a template when an event fires (form submission) or on a schedule (N days after signup, or on a specific date). Runs idempotently — each contact only ever receives a given automation once. Scheduled triggers fire daily at 1:00 PM UTC via Vercel Cron.
Customize the wrapper around every email sent through the system. Variables: {{org_name}}, {{subject}}, {{logo_svg}} (inserts the inline shako), {{social_bar}} (inserts a row of pill links from your social URLs), {{unsubscribe_url}}. Empty = use the built-in default.
